SUPERLATIVE SERVICE

I am someone who has exacting standards and expectations, having been brought up by a family who owned both Men and Women's clothing outlets. I have also run a successful service business and I am always concerned with the quality of service I receive, wherever it may be. I am quick to complain if things are not right, but I also like to think I offer praise where it is due.

The quality and service which you provided to my wife on the occasion of my son's wedding, I can only describe as superlative. Indeed I cannot remember any other retail outlet in any business that has performed as well at any time. Nothing was too much trouble, your service was constantly faultless nd friendly. We always felt welcomed, and were both astonished, when you insisted on cleaning the dress before we took it, based on a small mark, neither of us had ever seen, which was spotted as you steamed the dress for us to take it away.

The complex alterations which I know are extremely costly and time consuming were done without any concern except to get it absolutely right for the big day, and unlike other bridal shops we have dealt with in recent years, all this was included in the cost of the dress.

It was such a total and very welcome contrast to the very unhappy experience we had with a leading London boutique over my daughter's wedding dress.

Thank you so much for turning what can be an exhausting chore into a pleasurable and rewarding experience. You may be sure you will be recommended to anyone who has a need for a dress for a wedding, whether bride or attendee.

Just a note to say thank you so much to you and everyone at Society Brides for all your work and hospitality. No matter how many times we trooped in with babies and grandmothers in tow you managed to make us feel special and pampered and make the dress fittings process enormous fun.

The bridesmaids dresses were truly beautiful and my dress was everything that I could have wanted it to be. I was quite sad upon collecting it after its' cleaning that I no longer have an excuse to come into the shop!
